PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent bubbles from being put in resin 5 when sticking a sheet like member 3 to a substrate 6 with the resin 5 in an optical disk manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The substrate 6 is coated with the resin 5, and a head 10 holding the sheet like member 3 is arranged on the resin, and the center part of the sheet like member 3 is deformed so as to project by an extruding means 13 provided on this head 10 and is brought into contact with the resin 5, and in this state, the sheet-like member 3 is released from the head 10 to stick the sheet-like member 3 to the substrate 6 from one point of the center part with the resin 5. Consequently, bubbles are not put in the resin 5 because of only one sticking start point of the sheet-like member 3.
