PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member for a push-button switch in a high yield and provide a manufacturing method of a shape-formed film for the push-button switch and the cover member for the push-button switch, wherein the shape-formed film for the push-button switch is molded wherein even though a height of a key top is high and deep-drawing of the film is necessary for its shape, wrinkles are neither generated at the key top part nor at a flat base part, and wherein the key top member and the cover member are integrated for the shape-formed film for the push-button switch. SOLUTION: In the shape-formed film for the push-button switch 3 wherein a nearly flat and rectangular base part 2 and a plurality of convex parts 1 for the key top erectingly installed from the base part 2 are integrally molded so that unnecessary surrounding parts H of the base part 2 are removed to finish the film in a product shape, dummy convex parts 13 are installed at both sides to a line K which is in the vicinity of the convex part 1 for the key top nearest approaching to the corner part 11 of the base part 2 among the convex parts 1 for the key top, and which ties the convex part 1 for the key top contacted with the unnecessary part H and the corner part 11 of the base part 2.
