PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connection charge from being repeatedly and uselessly collected by preventing re-call when a communication error occurs after connection is established in a communication method for making a call on the basis of stored call information. SOLUTION: A call information storage means for storing call information, and a communication means for for making a call and transmitting/receiving data on the basis of call information with a prescribed trigger as a signal are included. When an communication error occurs after a line is connected, communication error information is associated with the call information to be stored, and the communication means does not make a re-call with respect to call information in which the communication error occurs after the line is connected.
