<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning an OA roller for completely removing the dust sticking to a number of holes opened on the surface of the OA roller, and a cleaning device for the OA roller used for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The OA roller 1 is rotated around its axis and a rotary brush 11 is rotated in such a manner that the hair ends thereof move in a direction tangent to its surface. By hitting the OA roller 1 with the bristles of the rotary brush 11, the dust is detached from the surface and the detached dust is sucked by a vacuum and thereby the OA roller 1 is cleaned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
