<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a two-component developing device, where image density is not lowered even at the trailing edge of paper when printing an image whose vertical line continues at the same position in a longitudinal direction in the carrying direction of recording paper and also the image density is not lowered even though the number of sheets in successively printing the same image is increased, whereby image quality with the stable image density is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with a rotating electrostatic latent image carrier, an electrifying means, an exposure means, and an electrostatic latent image developing sleeve rotating type toner developing means.
