<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually secure compatibility of a pair of operation levers in stead that each operation lever is asymmetrical, in an intake controller for an engine. <P>SOLUTION: In the intake controller, a sleeve type valve element 8 for moving between a close position A abutting on a second intake passage end part 4a and an open position B apart from the second intake passage end part 4a is slidably fit to a first intake passage end part 3b, a pair of trunnions 24 are projected at both outside surfaces of the valve element 8 and a pair of operation levers 22 having a connection groove 26 for engaging with the trunnion 24 are fixed to a lever axis 21 driven by an actuator 23. The operation lever 22 consists of a base plate part 22a fixed to a side surface of the lever axis 21 and an arm plate part 22b which is bent from an end to a side of the valve element 8 to form the connection groove 26 at its tip end part. A fixing center of the base plate part 22a to the lever axis 21 and a center of the connection groove 26 are arranged on a same plane 27 including an axis line Y of the lever axis 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
