PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lightweight electric vehicle in which energy can be supplied easily in emergency while reducing impairment due to iterative use by reducing the device for accumulating electricity as much as possible. SOLUTION: The electric vehicle is mounting a flywheel capable of accumulating electricity on the vehicle so that energy is stored in the flywheel and taken out later as the energy for running the vehicle.
