A stapler is provided to equip the guide unit for guiding workpiece and to collect and bind the workpiece at the preset position. A stapler comprises a support part in which the workpiece(S) is placed and a guide unit(100) which is installed at and is attachable to the support part. The guide unit(120) is installed at the support part in which workpiece is placed. The guide unit comprises a fixing unit(110) which fixed to the support part. The fixing unit comprises a connection part(112) which contacts with the bottom surface of the support part, a lateral unit(114) contacting with the side of the support part and a upper unit(116) which is connected to the upper end of the lateral unit and contacts the top of the support part. The guide unit is formed with a pair of extrusion pieces(122,124).
