<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a link from being heated by heat generation of electric components in a joint driven type link mechanism provided with a link having a joint part in the middle and a drive source for the joint part, in which the drive source 5 and the electric components 12 and 13 used for controlling the drive source are loaded on a link member 42 constituting the link. <P>SOLUTION: The link member 42 is provided with an internal space 42a, while the electric components 12 and 13 are disposed in the internal space 42a, and the drive source 5 is arranged at the part of the link member 42 positioned above the electric components. The link member 42 is provided with an air inlet 42b positioned below the electric components and communicating with the internal space 42a and the drive source 5 is provided with an exhaust port for exhausting air which has passed through the internal space 42a through the drive source. Also, fans 14<SB>1</SB>, 14<SB>2</SB>and 14<SB>3</SB>are provided in the internal space 42a and also a heat sink 15 for cooling the air after air cooling of the electric components is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
