PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic prepared by formulating a new aluminum flake pigment providing nonconventionally high luminance and a texture having metallic feeling. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic comprises (a) 0.05-60.0 mass% aluminum flake pigment having 5-100μm average particle diameter and 0.5-2.0μm thickness, (b) 0.1-30.0 mass% film-forming agent and (c) 0.1-20.0 mass% lipophilic nonionic surfactant. The oily cosmetic is especially usable for a makeup cosmetic for the eye such as an eye color and an eye liner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
