PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interchangeable lens barrel for a single-lens reflex camera, which can achieve: acquisition and imaging of a clear magnified observation image of an observation object with high magnification and high resolution with simple; and easy handling operation neither using a special exclusive apparatus nor requiring complicated preparation like a conventional microscope, the lens barrel being mountable to an existing single-lens reflex camera and having high versatility. SOLUTION: The interchangeable lens barrel 1 for the single-lens reflex camera is mountable to the single-lens reflex camera and provided with an imaging optical system comprising an imaging lens group 45 and two mirrors 46, 47 for bending an imaging optical axis. The imaging optical system forms a bending imaging optical system in which an optical path between the imaging lens and an imaging element provided at the single-lens reflex camera is longer than a coaxial optical system. An objective lens 9 for the microscope of an infinite correction system is mountable on the optical axis of the bending imaging optical system, and the objective lens 9 can advance/retreat on the optical axis O1 of the imaging optical system.
