<p>The device has a microwave sensor (28) including a dipole antenna (42) in which alternating current is induced by microwave-leak radiation. The microwave sensor includes a fuse (44) through which the alternating current is conducted. A switch i.e. relay, switches off a microwave source of the cooking device, when the fuse is triggered. The fuse is arranged in a middle third of the dipole antenna with respect to a longitudinal direction of the dipole antenna, and is arranged in a control circuit (48). An independent claim is also included for a cooking device comprising a microwave source.</p> |
