PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for achieving presentation of information of diagnosis and repair case examples which are useful for execution of efficient work.SOLUTION: A diagnosis report storage part (23) stores diagnosis reports, each of which records a model of equipment which is a repair object, an execution procedure which is executed by a worker during repair work, breakage name given to a breakage, and a symptom of the breakage, and each of which is associated with an efficiency score for indicating efficiency of the execution procedure. A search object data acquisition part acquires search object data from outside. A similarity calculation part calculates similarity between each diagnosis report stored in the diagnosis report storage part and the search object data. A priority setting part sets priority of the diagnosis reports, using the calculated similarity and the efficiency score associated with the diagnosis report.
