Provided are a method for improving the processing capacity of a base station, a base band device, a base station and a system. The method comprises: a base station receiving data of a terminal; using first BBP to perform control plane protocol processing on a terminal, and using second BBP to perform total or partial data transmission protocol processing on data of the terminal; and sending the processed data of the terminal. In such way, the total or partial data transmission protocol processing on the terminal already accessing certain BBP is shared on other BBP, thereby integrally improving the processing capacity of the base station, and realizing inter-board load balancing. |
