An optical module connecting device and an optical module component. The optical module connecting device comprises: a blocking mechanism (101), configured to block light emitted by a laser from a transmission port (1501) of an optical module (105), disposed on the transmission port (1501) of the optical module (105) and covering the transmission port (1501) of the optical module (105), and connected to a housing (103) by using a rotating connecting mechanism (102); the rotating connecting mechanism (102), configured to connect the blocking mechanism (101) to the optical module (105) and enable the blocking mechanism (101) to rotate from a first position to a second position around a joint between the blocking mechanism (101) and the optical module (105); the housing (103), provided with space configured to accommodate the optical module (105) and provided with an opening serving as the transmission port (1501) of the optical module (105) and a receiving port (1502) of the optical module (105); and a pull ring (104), disposed at an opening of the housing (103), located between the blocking mechanism (101) and the transmission port (1501) of the optical module (105), capable of rotating around a connection position of the pull ring (104) and the housing (103), and configured to fasten and loosen a connection between the housing (103) and the optical module (105). Damage to human eyes caused by the laser of the optical module can be avoided or reduced. |
