A composite optical sheet used for a liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. A disclosed liquid crystal display device comprises: a liquid crystal panel; a surface light emitting module; a base layer placed between the liquid crystal panel and the surface light emitting module; a diffusion pattern layer for diffusing incident light from the surface light emitting module, the diffusion pattern layer being formed on the surface of the base layer, which faces the surface light emitting module; a prism pattern layer formed on the surface of the base layer, which faces the liquid crystal panel, and including a plurality of first unit prisms; and a prism film bonded onto the prism pattern layer and including a plurality of second unit prisms. |
