PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging range abnormality discrimination device capable of appropriately discriminating whether an abnormality that at least a part of an imaging range of an imaging part is constantly shielded is occurring or not.SOLUTION: An imaging range abnormality discrimination device comprises: a storage part 32 for storing a reference image representing an imaging range of an imaging part 2 in a state where the imaging range is not shielded constantly; a statistic pixel generation part 332 for calculating a statistical representative value of luminance for each of a plurality of images, at a same position, obtained by imaging the imaging range for a predetermined period by the imaging part 2, and generating a statistic image with the statistical representative value of luminance of each of the pixels as luminance of the corresponding pixel; and an abnormality discrimination part 333 for comparing the statistic image with the reference image to discriminate whether the abnormality that at least a part of the imaging range of the imaging part is constantly shielded is occurring or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
