The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide the vehicle seat which can reduce a whiplash injury of a passenger in the case of a collision by additionally installing a member with a simple structure on a back frame of a seat back for inducing a head of the passenger to be close to a headrest as much as possible when taking a seat. In order to achieve this purpose, the vehicle seat is characterized in that a protruding member, which can absorb an impact applied to a butt part of a passenger in the case of a collision of vehicles, is installed on a lower part of the back frame inside the seat back to protrude frontward; and transformation of a seating posture for reducing an interval between a head and the headrest is induced in a state of placing the butt part toward a front side when the passenger takes a seat by a lower part of the seat back, which has a protruding shape due to placement of the protruding member.
