According to an embodiment of the present invention, a magnesium inoculation omission prevention system comprises: a casting apparatus including a ladle part including a ladle wherein a space capable of accommodating magnesium and molten metal is formed, and a hoist which is fastened to an upper part of the ladle part and is installed with a vibration sensor sensing vibration generated while the magnesium and the molten metal are inoculated; a main control apparatus supplied with a weight signal as to a quantity and weight of the magnesium from a silo, and performing an analysis by comparing a vibration signal with a previously established reference signal by being supplied with the vibration signal from the vibration sensor, and outputting a control signal capable of controlling the casting apparatus through analyzed data; and a driving apparatus electrically and physically connected to the casting apparatus, converting the control signal into an operation signal by receiving the control signal through wired/wireless communication from the main control apparatus, and supplying the converted operation signal to the casting apparatus. The system of the present invention is able to exactly check whether the magnesium measured by various operational conditions is exhausted, and an explosion properly done. |
