The present invention relates to a technology of preparing a nanoporous polymer membrane by forming a nanowire array from a nanoparticle seed through hydrothermal method, coating a polymer layer on the nanowire array, curing the polymer layer-coated nanowire array, and then etching the cured polymer layer-coated nanowire array. A nanoporous polymer membrane of the present invention is capable of being applied to biomedical fields such as biomolecule channels including cell growth and tissue engineering, ion channels and others, and environmental fields such as chemical molecules, water treatment filters, and others by enabling the nanoporous polymer membrane to be constructed in a plate-shaped or cylindrical structure while having various pore densities. Further, a method for preparing a nanoporous polymer membrane of the present invention is capable of preparing the nanoporous polymer membrane by a simple reaction of etching the zinc oxide nanowire after forming a polymer layer on a substrate on which a zinc oxide nanowire is grown on the basis of the hydrothermal method at low process temperatures. |
