PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact input device and method that define a spatial image that is an image to be formed not by reflection light from another light source, point a specific position of the spatial image with indication means, including a finger, indication rod, and touch pen so as to enable input of a signal without physically touching a display.SOLUTION: A non-contact input device comprises a display 11 in which optical sensors are built in a plurality of light emitting blocks, and light imaging means 13 that forms an image on a display 11 arranged on one side into a first real image 12 on the other side. The non-contact input device forms an image of indication means 45 touching the first real image 12 into a second real image 45a on one side of the light imaging means 13, and detects the position of the second real image 45a with an optical sensor of the display 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
