PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for immunoassay and an immunoassay method that effectively reduce both a substance immobilized on a surface of a solid-phase support or on the solid-phase support and a non-specific reaction derived from a labeled substance to an inner wall of a reaction vessel and also excel in high sensitivity and reproducibility.SOLUTION: A reagent for immunoassay to be used consists of a solid-phase support reagent (B) and a labeling reagent (E). The solid-phase support reagent (B) contains a solid-phase support (A) that is formed by immobilizing on a surface of a solid-phase support (A0): at least one type of substance (F) which is selected from a group consisting of a measured substance (F1), a similar substance (F2) to the measured substance and a substance (F3) specifically binding to the measured substance; and protein (D2). The labeling reagent (E) contains: a substance (C) formed after the substance (F) is labelled by a labeled substance (G); and the protein (D1) not immobilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
