PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily use a service while preventing the illegal use of a service.SOLUTION: A management device is configured to, when receiving service use request data including terminal identification information for identifying an information processing terminal from an image forming apparatus, issue reception identification information, and to store the reception identification information in association with the terminal identification information in a second storage part, and to, when receiving reception identification information and terminal identification information from the information processing terminal, collate the terminal identification information and the reception identification information with the terminal identification information and reception identification information stored in association in the second storage part, and to output a collation result. Thus, it is possible to prevent a third person from using the terminal identification information, and it is possible for a user to easily remember and easily input the reception identification information by reducing the number of characters of the reception identification information.
