The subject matter of the present patent is a complete or global monitoring and illumination system installed externally on a single point on the aircraft, on a platform that would be called the "base platform", which includes all the light outlets and all the cameras required for monitoring refuelling operations from a single point on the fuselage. The system is placed in the lower part, under the axis of the fuselage and simultaneously reduces the time required for installation and makes installation less expensive.
