The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device comprising: an organic light-emitting display panel provided with a display area which has multiple pixel areas and a non-display area which is arranged adjacent to the display area; and a light sensing unit arranged on one side of the organic light-emitting display panel. The organic light-emitting display panel comprises: a first substrate provided with an organic light-emitting element arranged on a first base substrate; and a second substrate provided with a black matrix arranged between the pixel areas on a surface of a second base substrate facing the first substrate, and a reflective pattern formed on the black matrix. Here, the organic light-emitting element can be a top-emission organic light-emitting element. The organic light-emitting display device according to the present invention can compensate for decrease in brightness. |
