The present invention relates to a floor advertisement board and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of maximizing an advertising effect at a low cost by being placed on the floor of a shop or along a street around the shop to make advertising content easily shown to people, and changing the advertising content depending on a situation and preventing customers from feeling bored about the advertising content by easily changing the content through recycling. The present invention comprises: a mat (10) having a flat shape, and including a position line (11) formed on the upper surface to display a position of an advertising part to be attached; and the advertising part (20) comprising an advertising paper (21) displaying advertising content on the surface, an adhesive tape (22) having transparency to make the advertising content of the advertising paper (21) shown to the outside, and attached to the inside of the position line (11) of the mat (10), and a protecting cover (23) temporarily attached to an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape (22) to protect the surface, and peeled off before the adhesive tape (22) is attached to the corresponding adhesive position of the mat (20). |
