The present invention relates to a thermotherapy disinfection mat system having an ICT-based sanitary automatic thermotherapy disinfection liquid supplying function, and to a method for controlling the same. More specifically, the thermotherapy disinfection mat system comprises: a thermotherapy disinfection mat including an upper layer, a lower layer, a heating unit disposed and heating between the upper layer and the lower layer, an absorbing member disposed on the upper layer and storing and absorbing a part of a disinfection liquid, a load sensor disposed in one side of the upper layer and measuring a load of a passing vehicle, and a spraying hose having a plurality of spraying holes formed in therein and spraying a disinfection liquid supplied therein toward the upper side of the upper layer; a disinfection liquid storing tank for storing a disinfection liquid therein, and having a heating means for heating the disinfection liquid stored therein; a disinfection liquid supplying pipe for supplying the disinfection liquid stored in the disinfection liquid storing tank to the spraying hose by connecting the disinfection storing tank and the spraying hose; a supplying pump disposed in one side of the disinfection liquid supplying pipe, and providing electric power for supplying a disinfection liquid to the spraying hose; and a control unit for controlling the supplying pump to spray a suitable flow amount of a disinfection liquid through the spraying holes on the basis of a load value measured by the load sensor. |
