An atomisation assembly and an electronic cigarette, the atomisation assembly comprising a liquid storage assembly (2) used for storing e-liquid, an atomisation core (3) inserted into the liquid storage assembly (2) and used for atomising the e-liquid, and a mouthpiece assembly (1) movably connected to one end of the liquid storage assembly (2). The atomisation core (3) comprises an atomisation base (31), a ventilation tube (34), a liquid amount control tube (37), an elastic piece (38), an e-liquid absorption piece (32), and an electric heating wire (33) used for atomising e-liquid on the e-liquid absorption piece (32), the ventilation tube (34) being sleeved on the atomisation base (31) and forming a liquid storage cavity (22) with the liquid storage assembly (2), the liquid storage cavity (22) being used for storing e-liquid, the ventilation tube (34) being provided with a liquid guiding hole (341) used for guiding the e-liquid within the liquid storage cavity (22) into the atomisation core (3). The advantageous effect of the electronic cigarette is: by exerting an external force on the mouthpiece assembly (1), the liquid amount control tube (37) may be pushed to move along the axial direction of the ventilation tube (34), thereby controlling the size of the area of the liquid guiding hole (341) covered by the liquid amount control tube (37), so as to adjust the amount of liquid entering the atomisation core (3). |
