PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element capable of improving sealability around a lead terminal.SOLUTION: A power storage element 10 includes a lead terminal 200 and an external packaging film 100 having ends welded together with the lead terminal 200 sandwiched therebetween. The lead terminal 200 includes: a terminal body 210; resin layers 220 welded together with the terminal body 210 sandwiched therebetween; and an intermediate layer 230 disposed between a short side surface of the terminal body 210 and the resin layers 220.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
