The present invention relates to a hotdog sauce, and to a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of: producing vegetable meat juice by adding and heating lotus roots, broccoli, and cabbages in refined water; producing a first mixture by adding and diluting honey and vinegar in the vegetable meat juice; producing a second mixture by agitating Vietnam hot peppers in the first mixture; and producing a third mixture by agitating a processed sauce in the second mixture. A spicy taste of hot peppers is neutralized by using vegetable meat juice, and thus a consumer who has a weak gastric function can consume the hotdog sauce of the present invention without feeling burden. |
