In a method for cooling liquid, when a liquid containing a volatile component and a surfactant is supplied to an atmosphere having a pressure which is lower than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the volatile component so that at least a portion of the volatile component is vaporized, whereby the liquid is cooled, a gas other than the volatile component is introduced into the atmosphere having the pressure so that the gas contacts the liquid. |

A method for cooling a liquid containing a volatile component and 10 to 99 mass % of a surfactant by supplying the liquid to an atmosphere in a cooling device, the atmosphere having a pressure which is lower than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the volatile component, and thereby vaporizing at least a portion of the volatile component, wherein
a flying time of the liquid defined as a value obtained by dividing a flying distance of the liquid by an initial speed of the liquid represented by:theliquidinitialspeed=avolumeflowrateoftheliquidduringsupplyasupplyareaoftheliquid(I) is 0.030 sec or more, and the liquid after cooling is continuously discharged from the cooling device by using an evacuation pump provided in the cooling device. |
