PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible, when an image sensor module including a plurality of channels is replaced, to grasp an abnormal place other than the module to be replaced.SOLUTION: A test control part operates an image sensor module including a plurality of channels in a plurality of test operation conditions having different resolutions (S1, S4), and when a distribution state of detection data in each of the channels obtained for each of the test operation conditions does not correspond to any standard distribution information stored in advance, an MPU notifies a user of abnormality of other devices related to the image sensor module (S13).
