PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-power source load drive fuel cell system capable of significantly suppressing instability in a direct connection state between a fuel cell and a power storage device, and reducing loss of a converter following to switching operation, and to provide a fuel cell vehicle.SOLUTION: When an average target FC voltage Vfcavetar is lower than an average BAT voltage Vbatave, a FCVCU 21 is made in a boosting state and a BATVCU 22 is made in a direct connection state, namely a control state becomes a one side boosting control state. In periods when a target FC voltage Vfctar exceeds a BAT voltage Vbat in a transient state (time points t2-t3, time points t8-t9, and so on) in the one side boosting control state, the direct connection state of the FCVCU 21 is allowed and the direct connection state of the BATVCU 22 is maintained. |
