Specific size pellet mfr. from one concentrates - using continuous plant contg. pelletiser and adjustable sieve

The mfg. steps are (a) pelletising of moist, fine materials; (b) recycling part(1a) of the pellets(1) via a hopper(1a) to step(a); (c) the remaining part(1b) of the pellets(1) are fed to a classifying sieve; (d) the small pellets(1b1) falling through the sieve are returned to step(a), (e)part(1b2a) of the pellets retained on the sieve are returned to step(a), whereas the remainder(1b2b) are fed to a continuous hardening plant. The pref. plant uses hoppers feeding raw materials onto a conveyor belt (CB) leading to a mixer supplied also from hopper(1a) and followed by a pelletising plate and a sieve; part of the sieve has adjustable openings used to obtain the desired wt. of the fraction (1b2a) returned to step (a).
