PURPOSE:To enable the complete combustion of fine pulverized coal and the accurate change of a burner for a short time, by fitting the burner body providing water cooled jacket at the outer side of tip part and injection holes for O2, temp. adjusting gas in front of tuyere and the fine pulverized coal which are supplied from each piping at the inner side to each tip parts, into the water cooled tuyere at furnace wall. CONSTITUTION:The burner body 5 providing water cooled jacket 1 at the outer side of tip part and arranging concentrically the fine pulverized coal supplying pipe 2, O2 supplying pipe 3 and temp. adjusting gas supplying pipe 4 in front of tuyere at the inner side, is closely fitted into the water cooled tuyere 7 arranged at the furnace wall 6 for blast furnace. The injection holes 8 for burning by injecting the supplying materials, such as the above gas, fine pulverized coal, etc., in front of the tuyere, are arranged at the center of tip part of burner. In this way, the fine pulverized coal is completely burnt through the tuyere, commonly using the fine pulverized coal in the oxygen blast furnace without any relation with blowing quantity, and at the same time, the change of oxygen burner part can be accurately executed for a short time. |
