PURPOSE:To realize an excellent connection with a through-hole inner wall surface without producing bending at the time of being put under pressure into the through-hole, by forming so that a cross section shape which has a large cross section secondary moment may be had, and also providing projections which are capable of a plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION:A pin type connector terminal of a soft structure is made of a material having conductivity and elasticity such as phosphorus bronze so that it may be put into a through-hole provided at a print base plate. A terminal contact sphere cross section coming into contact with a through-hole inner wall surface, has the vertical and horizontal ratio of almost one to one and also has a main body portion occupying at least 1/2 of a through-hole cross sectional area and riblike projections 11b protruding in parallel with each other out of part of the main body, and is put on the through-hole inner wall surface weldingly by means of inside stress on the basis of projection 11b plastic and elastic deformations. As a result, an electric connection between both can be guaranteed. |
