<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency coil wherein surface mount is easy, movement is not generated during substrate carriage, and taping is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:At a part of the periphery of a circular air-core coil 8, a flat part 9 is formed along the longitudinal direction. Insulative coating films of a winding of both ends of the coil of the flat part 9 are peeled, and terminal electrodes 10 are formed. As to the shape of the air-core coil, a triangle 12 or a rectangle 14 can be used. In this case, the flat part is naturally formed from its shape. Terminal electrodes 11, 13 are similarly formed on both ends of the coil. In order to reinforce the coil, a coil reinforcing film is stuck on the coil surface.</p> |
