<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a magnetic tape and to miniaturize a device by providing a regulating means at a part where the slacking phenomenon of a tape is generated at the time of switching tape traveling modes and regulating the swell of the magnetic tape in a constant range. CONSTITUTION:The winding of the winding reel 14 is slower than the sending of a capstan shaft 10 at the time of tape traveling mode such from reverse- reproducing to reproducing or the like, the tape is slacked and swelled at the vicinity of a reverse guiding 12. A rib 15 composed of a side wall part 15a and a flange part 15b for preventing the slacking phenominon is provided near the guiding 12. The side wall part 15a of the rib 15 regulates the slacking of the tape in the constant range and the flange part 15b prevents the tape from falling out from the guiding 12. Consequently, the tape is prevented from coming into contact with an obstacle and the generation of the damage in the tape 3 is prevented and the space of slacking is reduced then the device is miniaturized.</p> |
