<p>PURPOSE:To give stable voltage to a load by providing a semiconductor using the drop of forward voltage, the monitor circuit of battery voltage and a relay where a contact point is driven according to whether monitor voltage is less than or more than a set point. CONSTITUTION:The power of a battery 1 passes through a diode 2 and the voltage drop of forward drop voltage occurs. When 0.6V of forward drop voltage is used for the diode 2, 3.6V is supplied to the load 13 by the operation of the diode 2 even in a case when the voltage of the battery 1 is 4.2V even if it is fully charged. The relay 12 is controlled by the voltage monitor circuit 11 and the contact point of the relay is opened when the detected voltage is more than 3.6V. When the detected voltage becomes less than 3.6V, the voltage monitor circuit controls the relay 12, the contact point of the relay 12 is closed and the diode 2 is shorted. Thus, stable power can be supplied to an electronic circuit with simple constitution.</p> |
