PURPOSE:To inexpensively mold a uniform product with good working efficiency without requiring labor in molding the side plate of a lunch box used for a station lunch or a box lunch. CONSTITUTION:The central part of the side plate 2 of a lunch box is inserted in the side plate insertion gap of an inner mold 20. The protruding part of the side plate 2 protruding outwardly from the side plate insertion gap 22 in the longitudinal direction of the side plate is pressed to the outer peripheral end surface 21 of the inner mold 20 by a press mechanism 42 to be bent to superpose both end parts of the side plate 2 one upon another. Both end parts 35 of the side plate 2 are coated with an adhesive and the side plate 2 is pressed, fixed and held to the outer peripheral end surface 21 of the inner mold 20 by a clamp mechanism 27 to bond and fix both end parts 35 of the side plate 2. |
