PURPOSE:To finely segment a compsn. with reduced man power to enable to reuse by supplying works to a pair of rotating bodies having cutting blade arrays, separating the reinforcing bars in core parts and the compsn. components of the works during crushing and transferring to the rotating body of the other side and pulverizing the compsns. to prescribed grain sizes to permit gathering. CONSTITUTION:The works 8, such as ALC boards, are cracked and destroyed with the cutting blade arrays of the rotating bodies 41 when the works are supplied from the side of a pair of the rotating bodies 41 formed to a large diameter. The relatively large pieces initially formed are guided between the cutting blades arrays, by which these pieces are compressed and finely segmented. The reinforcing bars from which the reinforcing bars and compsns. of the works 8 are not sufficiently separated are transferred in the state of the remaining compsn. held stuck thereto are transferred between the cutting blade arrays of the rotating bodies 4s formed to a smaller diameter. The cutting blade arrays of the rotating bodies 4s formed to the small diameter are in deeper proximity in the intersected states of the blade edges than the cutting blade arrays formed to the larger diameter and, therefore, the sepn. of the compsn; held stuck to the works is accelerated and the compsn. are made into the finer pieces which fall downward. The reinforcing bars are discharged out of a discharge port 14 on the rear surface. |
