PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a healthy beverage not having a bitterness inherent in a pine spear and good in taste and flavor by blending each specific amount of a pine needle essence, vitamin C, a white sugar, fructose, citric acid, malic acid and sodium citrate with the pine spear extract. SOLUTION: This synthetic beverage containing a pine spear extract having a pharmacological effects of the pine and a good taste, is obtained by blending contents of (A) 0.2-0.5wt.% pine spear extract, (B) 0.004-0.1wt.% pine needle essence, (C) 0.1-0.5wt.% vitamin C, (D) 3-4wt.% white sugar, (E) 5-6wt.% fructose, (F) 0.1-0.2wt.% citric acid, (G) 0.03-0.05wt.% malic acid and (H) 0.04-0.05wt.% sodium citrate with water. |
