PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly change a tone, a voice, a speaking speed, and speaking contents according to the skillfulness or awareness of a person who operates the equipment by storing plural user models and selecting a similar user model according to the operation contents of the operator. SOLUTION: Through an input means 10, the operator inputs information regarding operation processing, e.g. cursor movement, a destination, etc., by touch input or key depression. A user estimation part 15 calculates and detects response parameters of the operator, e.g. the response time of the operator to a voice guidance, the interval between key depression and next key depression, an input correction frequency, etc. The obtained response parameters of the operator are compared with response parameters which are previously set and correspond to the user model. The response time and mean button operation interval of the operator are calculated and error functions regarding the respective user models are found finally; and the user model minimizing the minimum error function is decided as the model which is most similar to the operator. |
