PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by standardizing the components used in a can mill which manufactures cubicles for storing a high-voltage incoming and distribution panel, a low-voltage electromagnetic panel, etc. SOLUTION: In an HPB(Heavy Pressed & Bolted) cubicle for storing a high- voltage incoming and distribution panel, a low-voltage electromagnetic panel, etc., three frame members which cross at right angles with each other are assembled with bolts through standardized corner metal fittings 10. The corner metal fittings 10 consists of right and left side face sections 11, 12 of a deformed right-angled triangle shape with the 'b' side, out of the 'a' side and the 'b' side which cross at right angles, receding from midway toward a section away from the point of intersection and forming a step and connection boards 13, 14 which connect the 'a' sides and the receded sections of the 'b' sides respectively. Each of the connection boards 13, 14 has a plurality of projecting sections and bolt installation holes 13s and the right and the left side face sections 11, 12 are formed of an integal board with parts of the 'b' sides being connected, the connection boards 13, 14 and the right and the left side face sections 11, 12 are joined by welding. |
