PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a correct image by detecting the rotating angle of a line sensor that senses the position of a chip and after that, correcting it. SOLUTION: The rotating angle of a jig 40 is detected by mounting the jig 40 on the nozzle holder of a transferring and mounting head and transferring it along the upper position of a line sensor 23. After correcting the rotating angle, the jig 40 is transferred along the upper position of the line sensor 23 again and the rotating angle of the line sensor 23 is detected. Then by turning a turn table 26 on which the line sensor 23 is mounted horizontally, the rotating angle of the line sensor 23 is corrected. Therefore, the direction of the length of the line sensor 23 is at the right angle to the transferring direction of the chip and the correct image of the chip is obtained. |
