The ends of the carrier rails 10 are formed with pairs of lugs 11 that locate in holes 33 in the housing uprights 30. A tensioning plate 20 is also formed with hook elements that locate in holes on the side of the uprights. Screws 50 thread into holes in the clamping plates and secure the carrier rails to the housing. The holes in the uprights are spaced at regular intervals for flexibility in positioning the carriers.
