DEVICE FOR STUDY OF GAS-AND-LIQUID FLOW IN OPERATING PIPE LINE

摘要

FIELD: gas oil and chemical industries; study of gas-and-liquid flows in underground pipe lines at excessive pressure. SUBSTANCE: device has housing mounted on shut-off valve fitted on branch of pipe line and rod mounted for axial displacement from housing; rod is provided with holder for control instruments; device includes also sample drawing unit consisting of gas-and-liquid separator and flexible sampling tube located coaxially in guide bent in form of loop; one end of tube is connected to gas-and-liquid separator through valve and its other end is connected to cavity of housing through side hole. Rod is made in form of sucker rod string with radial holes in upper portion of each string for successive receiving of retainer in one of these holes and in radial hole in upper end of housing. Lower end of sampling tube is passed through side hole of housing through seal fitted in guide and is secured on lower end of sucker rod string by means of holder; upper end is freely mounted for axial motion in guide.
