<p>The stage consists of a central platform (3) and two side flaps (5, 5') which can be deployed horizontally or raised vertically for transport and conform with the regulation dimensions for road travel. The central platform (3) is mounted on a chassis (2) on wheels (1), with the flaps (5,5') hinged on its long sides. Each flap is in two articulated sections (6,7;6',7') which are deployed horizontally when the stage is in use and are set vertically for transport with the aid of an automatic mechanism incorporating electrically controlled hydraulic power cylinders (9). The trailer wheels can be equipped with special tires for running on grass.</p> |
