PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of operation by saving labor and time to go to remove outputted paper from an image forming device every time one output bin to which the outputted paper is accumulated becomes full. SOLUTION: When the output number of a printing job exceeds the number or empty bins of a sorting device(No at step S304) in the case that the number of output sheets of the image forming device exceeds the maximum number of loading sheets of one output bin out or plural output bins which the sorting device possesses (yes at step S303), a warning message to remove printed paper is displayed for a host computer that executes output request (step S305), and on the other hand when the output number of the printing job is less than the number of empty bins of the sorting device, information to replace the output bin with one of the empty bins is given to the host computer that executes the output request (step S307), so that the change of the output bin is executed(step S308). |
