PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring a package temperature of a packaged food or transport-liquid, etc., with precision from a tank temperature. SOLUTION: A means for accumulating data of actually-measured tank temperature tw (heat-transfer medium temperature of packaged food, etc.), and actually-measured package temperature tp (internal temperature of package food, etc.), based on the signal from a retort testing machine loaded with a package food, transport-liquid, etc., a means for calculating individual heat- transfer factor α of packaged food, transport-liquid, etc., based on the accumulated data after sterilization process, a means for calculating a simulate package temperature tpc using the individual heat-transfer factor α for drawing simulate package temperature curve, and a means which places the simulate package temperature curve on the curve of actually-measured tank temperature tw and actually-measured package temperature tp for display, are provided. |
